This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through the Visonova online store.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to destinations made available during checkout. If your location cannot be selected at checkout, we may not currently ship to that destination.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing time is separate from delivery time. During promotions, product launches, holidays, or periods of unusually high demand, processing may take longer.
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping notification when tracking information becomes available.
Shipping Rates
Available shipping methods and charges are displayed during checkout.
Shipping charges may depend on the delivery destination, selected service, package weight, order value, and current promotion.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery estimates are displayed during checkout when available. Delivery times begin after an order has been processed and handed to the carrier.
Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of weather, carrier interruptions, customs inspections, holidays, address problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Under the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, U.S. sellers must have a reasonable basis for advertised shipping times. If no shipping time is stated, orders generally must ship within 30 days; when a qualifying delay occurs, customers must be notified and offered the opportunity to accept the delay or cancel for a refund.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used during checkout.
Tracking information may take several business days to update after the shipping label is created.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Contact tryvisonova@gmail.com immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee changes after an order begins processing.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, refused delivery, or failure to collect it, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your tracking information has not updated for an unusual period or your package appears lost, contact tryvisonova@gmail.com.
If tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot find it:
- Check around the delivery location.
- Ask household members or neighbors.
- Confirm that the shipping address is correct.
- Contact the carrier.
- Email us with your order number.
We will assist with the carrier investigation where possible. Replacements or refunds will be determined based on the investigation and applicable law.
Damaged Packages
Report products that arrive damaged, leaking, opened, or otherwise unusable within 7 days of delivery.
Email tryvisonova@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the product, shipping box, and shipping label.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing may cause additional delays.
Customers are responsible for confirming that ordered products may lawfully be imported into their destination.
Shipping Delays
When we become aware that an order cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we may contact you with an updated estimate and available options, including cancellation where required by law.
